“Amy developed a comprehensive plan. There was print media and online advertising, but I think in the end it was her advice on painting, staging, and pricing which drove interest in the house and a bidding war resulting in 15%+ over asking price. What gets lost in these surveys is the little things. For example when told by the Concord Board of Health that Septic permits would take up to 2 weeks, Amy inquired and the permit was issued the next day. It's the little things... Amy gets top marks on every single category. Not once did I feel less than super comfortable with every interaction. We have bought and sold homes 10 times and have learned it can be a very stressful process. Amy's professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to every detail (big and small), kept our stress levels to a minimum. Amy's knowledge of the Concord market, her comprehensive staging and pricing plan, and her management of the sales negotiation were all brilliant resulting in over 10 offers on the first weekend! We can say with complete confidence that if you want to list your house and get top dollar in the Concord area, there is nobody better!”
